Reiki 1 course programme

1) Background discussion on:

• What Reiki is
• Where it came from
• How it works and how you can use it
• An overview of the energy system

2) Your Reiki 1 attunement with a meditation
3) Practice including:

• Preparing the room, yourself and the recipient
• Reiki treatments using a chair and using a table
• Western hand-position style Reiki
• Intuition-driven Reiki
• Finishing a Reiki session
• Self-treatment

What you can do after the course

After the course you will be able to use Reiki to relax more easily and help those around you to do the same. You will be able to use Reiki with intentions and ideas. You can add energy to food and plants, and heal pets and make them feel good. One of the best ways to make use of your new Reiki abilities is to treat yourself regularly. While the sensation might be be subtle, the peace and focus in your life will be noticeable.

You can also take full part in Reiki shares – which we provide twice a month in Glasgow to give you a chance to get a treatment and to practise giving others treatments. The warm, friendly vibe provides an excellent way to meet new people and learn more from others.

Prices

The Reiki 1 course on its own is £120. If you do both Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 with Light on the Path, you will receive a £20 discount on Reiki 2.  Students also qualify for a 10% discount.
