When you want to learn Reiki to use for yourself and others, there are three main levels of Reiki courses, plus Karuna:

• Reiki 1 is the introduction that explains where Reiki comes from, what it does and how to work with it.  You get your Reiki 1 attunement and time to practice giving and receiving Reiki treatments.  You can then use this gentle strength of Reiki on yourself anytime and also on people you know, plants, animals and intentions.   Next Reiki 1 courses: Fast-route course in two parts: Saturday, 26 May, 10-1 and Saturday 9 June 10-1. • Reiki 2 is the industrial strength Reiki.  While still gentle to work with, it is stronger and comes with symbols that let you focus healing in particular ways. The mental-empotional symbol helps transform anxiety and stress to peace and focus, the power symbol to strengthen all you do, and the distant symbol to connect to situations in the past that you want to heal or the future that you want to go smoothly, as well as clearing old baggage and also healing people in any time and place. Reiki 2 is very much about your own life development as well as being able to help others.  With Reiki 2, you can also get insurance if you would like to be a Reiki practitioner. • Reiki Master – At this level, you get even stronger Reiki to work with, new tools for connecting to your higher self and helping to clear blockages, and you learn to give others the chance to give Reiki to themselves.  Whether you want to teach professionally or would just like to share Reiki with loved ones or people who need more Reiki that you have time to give, being able to empower others is a huge gift. Next courses: Saturday 9 June (Master Practioner) and Sunday 10 June (Master Teacher).  Course price: £200 for Master Practitioner, £250 for Master Teacher Day (after you’ve done Master Practitioner) or £400 for the whole Reiki Master course. • Karuna Reiki - This level follows the  Usui Master with an even higher vibration and a focus on compassion in action.  It includes 8 symbols at Levels 1 & 2 and more at Karuna Master level.  The symbols can be used in creative combinations to suit each person’s needs.  Symbols cover areas such as release of old issues without the emotional strain, and compassionate love.
